Job Description                                                             

PASTORS:
- Lead and shepherd congregations, providing spiritual guidance, counselling, and mentorship.
- Conduct worship services, Bible studies, and religious education programs.
- Engage with the local community, fostering growth and outreach programs.
- Support church administration and organizational initiatives as required.
 
CO-ORDINATOR:
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of mission activities in the region.
- Liaise with local churches, community leaders, and mission partners.
- Monitor and report progress of mission programs to IBMC leadership.
- Facilitate training and development of pastoral and volunteer staff.
 
FINANCE:
- Visionary approach to financial growth and sustainability.
- Ability to create long-term financial plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Skill in leveraging financial insights to expand mission impact.
- Manage all financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, reporting, and compliance with statutory regulations.
- Identify new avenues for revenue generation, investments, and fundraising opportunities.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources to support mission activities and organizational expansion.
- Provide strategic financial advice to IBMC leadership for informed decision-making.
- Lead audits, maintain financial transparency, and build strong internal controls.
