President’s Forum 2026
Theme: “Rooted in Christ, Growing in Truth, Equipped for Ministry.”

Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
Respected Vice President, Academic Dean, esteemed faculty members, dedicated staff, beloved students, and honored guests, I welcome you to the President's Forum Day, 2026 of Biblical Theological College & Seminary & Biblical Theological University.
President’s Forum Day is a significant occasion in the life of our institution. It provides an opportunity to reflect on God’s Word, review our academic and spiritual commitments, communicate institutional policies, and renew our dedication to the mission God has entrusted to us.
Our seminary exists to glorify God by preparing biblically grounded, spiritually mature, academically competent, and mission-minded servant leaders for the Church and the nations.
Theme: “Remain faithful to Christ and His Calling” - Scripture: Colossionas-2:6-7
“As you therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith...” Paul reminds believers that ministry begins by remaining rooted in Christ. A seminary may impart knowledge, but only Christ transforms lives. Our goal is not merely to educate minds but to form hearts that love God and serve His people faithfully.
A minister without Christlike character becomes ineffective. Therefore, every member of this institution must pursue holiness, humility, and obedience.

I. Biblical FoundatioN
The Holy Scriptures are the supreme authority for our faith, doctrine, and practice (2 Timothy 3:16-17). Every course, every ministry assignment, and every institutional decision must be measured by God’s Word. We reject false teaching and remain committed to sound biblical doctrine, careful interpretation, and faithful proclamation of the Gospel.
​II. Theological Formation
Theological education is not simply the accumulation of knowledge; it is the formation of faithful servants of Christ.
A true theological student should be:
1. Know God’s Word accurately.
2. Love God wholeheartedly.
3. Serve people humbly.
4. Defend biblical truth courageously.
5. Live a holy and disciplined life.
6. Share the Gospel faithfully
Our theology must always lead to worship, holiness, evangelism, and servant leadership.

III. Academic Excellence
The Lord deserves our best in study as well as in ministry, Biblical Theological College & Seminary and BTU.
Faculty must be:
1. Prepare thoroughly for every lecture.
2. Teach faithfully according to Scripture.
3. Evaluate students fairly and objectively.
4. Mentor students spiritually and academically.
5. Continue research and professional development.
Students must be:
1. Attend every class punctually.
2. Complete assignments with integrity.
3. Avoid plagiarism and academic dishonesty.
4. Read widely and think biblically.
5. Participate actively in discussions & practicalministry.
Staff must be:
1. Serve efficiently and courteously.
2. Maintain transparency and accountability.
3. Protect institutional resources.
4. Support the mission of the seminary through faithful service.
“Whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men.” (Colossians 3:23)
PRESIDENT’S ANNOUNCEMENTs
1.Spiritual Life
Every Faculty member, student, and staff member shall:
1. Maintain a daily devotional life.
2. Attend chapel services faithfully.
3. Participate in prayer meetings.
4. Engage in evangelism and practical ministry.
5. Demonstrate Christian character on and off campus.

2. Academic Regulations
​1. Attendance is mandatory for all classes and official programs.
2. Students are expected to maintain satisfactory academic progress.
3. Assignments and examinations must be completed on time.
4. Academic dishonesty, including plagiarism, cheating, or falsifying records, is strictly prohibited and subject to disciplinary action.
5. Respect for faculty, classmates, and academic procedures is expected at all times.

3.Professional Conduct.
Faculty, staff, and students shall:
1. Demonstrate honesty and integrity.
2. Show respect in speech and behavior.
3. Dress modestly and appropriately for a Christian educational institution.
4. Use social media responsibly, avoiding content that harms the testimony of Christ or the reputation of the seminary.
5. Resolve disagreements in a biblical manner according to (Matt. 18:15-17).

4.Campus Discipline
To preserve a Christ-centered learning environment:
1. Violence, harassment, bullying, discrimination, substance abuse, gambling, pornography, and immoral conduct are prohibited.
2. Campus property shall be respected and protected.
3. Students are expected to maintain cleanliness in classrooms, dormitories, and common areas.
4. Punctuality and responsible use of institutional facilities are required.
Discipline is not intended merely to punish but to restore, teach, and strengthen Christian character.
5.Financial Stewardship and Fees.

The seminary depends upon faithful stewardship and responsible financial management.
Therefore:
1. Tuition fees and other approved institutional fees should be paid according to the published
academic schedule.
2. Students experiencing genuine financial hardship should communicate promptly with the Finance
office to discuss available arrangements before payment deadlines.
3. Receipts should be obtained and retained for every payment.
4. No unofficial payments shall be made to any faculty member, staff member, or student representative.
5. Scholarships or financial assistance, where available, are granted according to institutional policy and
available resources.

A. Expectations for Faculty
Faculty members are called to:
1. Teach with biblical conviction.
2. Mentor students personally.
3. Pray regularly for students.
4. Maintain academic excellence.
5. Submit grades and reports punctually.
6. Model servant leadership.
7. Support the vision and mission of the seminary.
Faculty are not merely instructors; they are shepherds who shape future ministers of the Gospel
B. Expectation for Staff
Staff members are expected to:
1. Serve faithfully and professionally.
2. Maintain confidentiality where required.
3. Demonstrate accountability.
4. Provide timely and courteous service.
5. Care for institutional facilities and resources.
6. Work cooperatively with faculty and administration.

Every task contributes to the mission of preparing faithful servants of Christ.
C. Expectations for Students
Students are expected to:
1. Love God above all else.
2. Respect faculty, staff, and fellow students.
3. Study diligently.
4. Participate in ministry assignments.
5. Live lives of holiness and integrity.
6. Maintain punctuality and discipline.
7. Develop servant leadership.
8. Prepare themselves spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, and practically for lifelong ministry.
Remember that your years at this seminary are a season of preparation for faithful service in Christ’s kingdom.
C. Expectations for Students
Students are expected to:
1. Love God above all else.
2. Respect faculty, staff, and fellow students.
3. Study diligently.
4. Participate in ministry assignments.
5. Live lives of holiness and integrity.
6. Maintain punctuality and discipline.
7. Develop servant leadership.
8. Prepare themselves spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, and practically for lifelong ministry.
Remember that your years at this seminary are a season of preparation for faithful service in Christ’s kingdom.
Closing Exhortation
Beloved Faculty, Staff, and Students, As we conclude this President's Forum Day on 28th July 2026, I urge each one of you to renew your commitment before God. Surrender your life completely to His divine calling (Romans 12:1-2). Remember that ministry is not merely a profession, it is a sacred calling entrusted to us by the Lord Jesus Christ.
Let us be committed to the task God has assigned us (1 Corinthians 4:2), dedicated to achieving the mission He has set before us (Philippians 3:13-14), and determined to finish our race with faithfulness (2 Timothy 4:7-8). I call upon every faculty member to teach God’s Word with integrity, every staff member to serve with excellence and humility, and every student to prepare diligently for a lifetime of faithful ministry. Above all, let us demonstrate the character of Christ through humility, holiness, love, integrity, and servant leadership (Philippians 2:5-8; Galatians 5:22-23).
Let us love and faithfully support our beloved Biblical Theological College & Seminary (BTCS) and Biblical Theological University (BTU), recognizing that God has entrusted these institutions to equip men and women for His Kingdom. May we protect the testimony, uphold the vision, and work together in unity for the glory of God (Psalm 133:1; Ephesians 4:1-3). Above all, let us remain faithful to the Holy Scriptures, for “All Scripture is given
by inspiration of God” and is our final authority for faith, doctrine, and life (2 Timothy 3:16-17). Never compromise biblical truth, but proclaim the whole counsel of God with conviction and love (Acts 20:27).
Finally, let our greatest passion be to love the Lord Jesus Christ with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength (Mark 12:30), and to obey His final command: “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations…” (Matthew 28:19-20). May we never lose sight of the Great Commission until every nation has heard the Gospel and Christ is glorified among all peoples. Therefore, my beloved brothers and sisters,
“Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.” (1 Corinthians 15:58).
May the Lord strengthen every faculty member, every staff member, and every student with His grace, wisdom, and power. May He keep us rooted in Christ, faithful to His Word, committed to His mission, and united in His love until the day we stand before our Lord and hear His glorious words.
“Well done, good and faithful servant.” (Matthew 25:21).

and to Baptize 2 million.

7. Build a campus culture marked by holiness, unity, humility, and love.
